  any other materials, as it will not last you for ever, your children school fees would awaits for you to be
  paid should you take food, cooking Oil, rice or any other item, when they
  will be driving 4 x 4 Land Cruisers,
  pay no electricity bills, any form of transports, travel abroad for their
  medical treatments if they are sick,
  pay no rent, water bills and above all
  taking fat, fat salaries and raping
  small, small girls and dump them at
  their own peril.

  Osei Kuffour, it is true that rich Countries like Germany,the UK, France and others,school children are not fed for free due to the fact that Education has been fully understood and estalished over two centuries ago, and have become a nom,unlike most of the 3rd world countries where Education have over the years,eg, Ghana,the responsibility of Government and the Southern part have been sponsoring the Nothern part of the country with its tax payers money to Educate them in general, but this scenario seemed not enough penecea to convince chidren to go to school whole heartedly, because it was also difficult for parents to feed their wards before going to school which was a country wide problem, and for this reason the NPP Government led by Mr John Kuffour found it imperative to initiate this programme to bail out children who unfurtunately found it difficult for their parents to feed them before going to school.It is a measure to convience children of school going age to have interest in going to school which is not bad at all.
