You are right. It is better to prepare the two front-line regions before any other place in the country. However,you failed to discern whether the step was provincially initiated or centrally initiated.

God bless you the public health incharge of volta region, anyway the inseticite treatednet should come to we the deprived areas . Eg. Nkwanta south and north with it surroundings
