How different is that going to be with political party followers (those I call FOOLISH FOLLOWERS) strongly stepping in to cover these criminals hiding behind political parties? Wisdom has eluded most Ghanaians to the extent that when a criminal in politics is caught red handed in a crime, REFFERENCE IS MADE TO A SIMILAR CRIME THAT HAS GONE UNPUNISHED (when your party was in power, you did even worse) to justify the present one. This is how far we have lost our conscience. How about those who have nothing to do with any political party, what do you tell them to justify your crime. Until something is done about our constitution to give a little more autonomy to law enforcing agencies to operate without fear of reprisal from the executive branch of government, we will not be able to change much. To see a police man being ordered by the AMA Boss on the street to arrest a driver for tooting his horn, really makes a mockery of law enforcement in Ghana. If those in uniform understand the law properly, they can use their discretion in situations like these. Do you think such a policeman can arrest this AMA boss if he finds himself on the wrong side of the law? Who determines that 'the big man' has broken the law and must be arrested at once? With poverty, unemployment and deliberate attempt by politicians to DIVIDE GHANIANS ON TRIBAL LINES, it will only get worse until these are addressed. I rest my case.

Why condemn 'china' chairs? Made in Ghana chairs are always sub-standard and lack finesse.Local producers of chairs must learn to improve the quality of their products.And sometimes it is cheaper to import.

Chairs from China is all politics. Our leaders sign off all our manufacturing jobs in exchange for dollars to help them stay in power plus these rich countries offer us educational scholarships and visas.

The European houses will import seasoned woods to make the best furniture for their parliaments, homes, hotels, offices. The hire professional designers, reputable furniture makers, architects etc. flagstaff offices and residence is full of leather furniture that we dont know how to maintain by kuffuor and his cronies, the furniture is the best shiny cheap blinds etc. so disgraceful. Bedside lamps that are best suited to tv comedy commercials. They have enriched few corrupt Ghanaians to import these furnitures for the parliament reception. How can an mp who is a former teacher in a village be an expect in timeless furniture. It is pathetic. We politicize professionals. We have furnat, absolute, Ashanti, pg, ebbymay, eyaqueen, and so many other designers locally who make things for multi national companies. Disgraced and shameful is the word.

All the Catholic Bishops should tell Ghana if there are no good tailers in Ghana; and who tailor their dresses in Ghana. Everything, from head to toe, that they wear to attend church with, are imported.

They should first pluck the speck in their eyes to enable them see better things, including the biblical suggestion of Daboya MP that adulterous women should be stoned to death.
