3. Ghana Captain: These players need to build a character of responsibility, perseverance and accomplishment. If you don't have these 3 qualities. You don't deserve to be captain of anything
4. Coach: why grant over Pont? Grant is expired goods, an old bride. Hasn't been to any tournament in his coaching life and couldn't even get Israel to wcup. Pont is a younger, fresher bride who has been to tournaments, euro, wcup. There is a reason why old coaches like arsene wenger, del Bosque, ferguson, hitzfeld, capello, Tardelli, Hodgson, coach addo, Akwasi appiah, ben koufie are all under the radar. The League has not even started yet and people are coming up here and asking for local players who couldnt beat Libya to come and play for BS.I can see this clamour for local u21, local u23, local BS getting louder and louder but ultimately do we want to win or just be sentimental? players are having a meeting at the world cup and a non playing staff butts in and fight with player because we are Ghana and everyone is a coach or know everything. Yes bring on Grant and no pressure from our mad press and others to influence him.

Our technical bench must be retired blackstar players,we lost our pre-world cup friendries this year in Rotterdam with Holland due to lack of technical know how.everybody was blaming Jefferry Schlupp slippeling,but by the end of the 90minutes all most all the Blackstar players slipped.It was the work of the technical team to check the nature of the pitch and advice the players the type of boot to use @ Rotterdam.
Since Dede took the 10 jersey from Kwadjo Asamoah,his performance has drastically come down compare to then when he was newly introduced to the team.He need to humble himself and he will shine.
