  So are some police officers in tema harbour who called a victim from Kumasi through manhyia Police station and detained him,thru a woman who have being stealing cars at the harbour.

  Why should the guy appear before the very people accused of torturing him, the POLICE? CHRAJ should take the guys statement and shield him from coming into contact with the police, period! It is CHRAJ's job to sort pursue the ...
