Yes, ECG is right but I think the PURC needs to educate the Ghanaian public on the energy link from the Producer-Transporter -Distributer. This will enable consumers of electric energy to know where the deficit is coming from ...

Yes, ECG is right but I think the PURC needs to educate the Ghanaian public on the energy link from the Producer-Transporter -Distributer. This will enable consumers of electric energy to know where the deficit is coming from. We cannot lay blame on innocent people. Politics must not be allowed to rear its ugly head in times of crisis such as we have today. Let's be open and frank on issues and find appropriate solutions for the good of the country.

Who else apart from Gridco and VRA provides ECG with energy for distribution? It looks like this is a deliberate effort to enable generator dealers mostly NDC people to continue to stay in business. It is a pity that the ruling party seeks only to stay in power at the expense of the people. Ghanaians should suffer the consequences of their poor choice.
