    To start with, this is a difficult story to follow. However, the bottom line is that corruption is rife and the official processes are never adhered too. Sad state of affairs.

    These folks must be rounded up by the BNI promptly. The Report did not sufficiently show how the Regional Minister came to own the vehicle.
