To start with, this is a difficult story to follow. However, the bottom line is that corruption is rife and the official processes are never adhered too. Sad state of affairs.

I wonder how a car declared by INTERPOL can get registered when this organization involves Ghana too which makes it difficult for anybody to get away with a crime they are involved,the story doesn't make sense,it is just the usual Ghanaian journalism.

A cursory examination of this report seems to point to the TT guy, living abroad, as the most significant link between the rightful owner of the vehicle and whoever owns it in Ghana now. It sounds like a ring of International Car Thieves at work. Meanwhile, after stealing the Car in Europe, they brought it through the Ghanaian port and evaded Duty payment on it as well.

What a Country!
