  Since GFA is in final discussions to employ former Chelsea Manager to handle the Black Stars; it would be plausible to allow the new Coach to do the approach and find ways to discuss issues and solve matters as a new Coach to attract all good players available for Ghana.
  
  I am one of the many loud voices that trumped to give a Ghanaian Coach Appiah the job. I am also one of the loud voices that branded Coach Appiah as an incompetent coach, based on my understandings and episodes that aroused at Brazil world cup.
  
  I have lived in Western countries since 1996. It takes someone who had lived in Western world do understand the physiological behavior of our children who were born and or lived in Western world to effectively handle our players who are almost if not all, pry their football profession in Western atmosphere.
  
  The new European coach should open doors and communications with all good players and cross all necessary T's to engage all players available to Ghana to play for Ghana.
  
  Unfortunately, The Black Stars technical Managers are full of backward "typical" African mind set. Most of these players are matured into European lifestyle and thinking. They could easily use words that could meant no harm to me, but the "typical Ghanaian" adult may find offensive. The in-coming European Coach will understand and handle such languages in the meaningful manner.

Together is chop chop chop. When an organization or state fails, it is the leadership that is the root cause. The Turks have a homely proverb applied on such occasions: they say "the fish stinks first at the head", meaning, that if the servant is disorderly, it is because the master is so.
