  Prof is a team player. Its just that you and your cronies are not on his team. The results speak are there for all to see and we know there are many others, in and out of Ghana, contributing to the recent success. If you want to be on the "Team" shape up and quit spewing lies and nonsense about tartan tracks and unity.
  
  In sports, when you lose, you go over and congratulate your competitors and move on. So much noise, no ideas. Listening to you talk is painful. Watching interviews of you make me cringe. You seem so interested in athletics yet totally clueless about what it takes. Its not that everybody likes Prof. But the majority, including virtually all current athlete, realize we need someone who has a vision, the know how and, the passion to put it into action. What Prof inherited and where the sport is today is night and day.

  I knew this would be coming soon. This is why those of us who competed under him and did REAL work back then, came to Prof's defense. George Lutterodt has absolutely no idea what it takes to develop a sport beyond providing “food, energy drinks and transport”, on occasion, to individual athletes. While some of us are working hard to cement a more sustainable model of developing athletes from Ghana and teaching them how to “fish” for themselves, good old Lutterodt lambasts us for not being in Ghana and not understanding the issues. If former athletes and others (non-sport) can reside outside Ghana and collaborate with others in Ghana to have as much impact on moving the sport forward as we have seen this year, then it tells us how full of talk George Lutterodt is.
  Hmmmm I am now his chief witness i.e., “If you talk to the likes of Andy Owusu in the States, they will all tell you. He is simply not a team player”?
  The reality is that Prof is a Team player and there are many people who have and continue to contribute in big and small ways. Kwaku (Dallas) I know you have helped in your own way. Lutterodt and his 3 other chief agitators are pissed because Prof no longer relies on them for advice. After trying several times and getting burned by the likes of Albert Nukpeza (self-anointed chief coach) with fake team selections (fabricated performances) and lies about actions he took against athletes then blamed on prof, why will Prof further expose himself to their shenanigans? As prof has always said, there is more work than available people. If Lutterodt and his people want to be part of prof’s team, they should simply renounce their crooked ways as evidenced by subsequent actions. An organization is the process of being rebuilt cannot have 2 competing visions; especially one what will take us back to problems that currently don’t exist.
  Prof clearly articulated his vision and backed it up with feli feli evidence for delegates at congress. Majority of delegates agreed with him. Lutterodt gave a 2 min speech about unity and division; he lost. Lutterodt could not even understand, that a requirement of congress proceedings is for the President to give a quadrennial report i.e., report on 4 years’ worth of work. Seems he was also upset that as an incumbent, Prof had chance to lay out what had transpired in the last 4 years for all to see.
  The quicker he gets over it the better it will be for his mental health. His vison was rejected. Delegates were not willing to take a chance on empty talk with no proof, and in some cases contradictory evidence, over substance they could see and touch.
  The sky is not falling and athletics is not dead. It is alive and kicking despite challenges and some level of division. But, the division that exist is easy to explain at the macro level. Prof sincerely believes in an open, fair and transparent system that rewards for performance. He is willing to alienate a few to uphold his principles. Lutterodt and his friends want to return us to the “good ole” days when crooks run free, when passports disappeared, when athletes in Ghana were simultaneously in the US (identity theft), no team selection criteria and athletes had no voice or advocates.
  WE ARE NOT GOING BACK ….. at least not while Prof is in charge and the reasonable stakeholders support him. Always agreeing on issues will never happen. But when push comes to shove, most reasonable people can distinguish between disagreements on specific issues and the overall acknowledgement of progress being made. The latter statement is what Lutterodt and friends can seem to wrap their minds around. To them, failure or sub-par performance on one issue is the same as total system failure.

  My spoken Ga is so bad he may not understand me if I say "YA"or "Hah won gb3"...What I want to communicate to this guy is,..... Uncle Lutterodt, you lost, so please accept defeat and leave us alone. GET LOST!!!

  In my passion to knock some words into Uncle Lutterodt's head I forgot to put the (?) after the sentence.... "Which one does he prefer"...so it should read WHICH ONE DOES HE PREFER ?
