And all other health facilities that refer cases to the only referral centre cannot boast of even a single protective gear not to of the so-called Ebola emergency quarantine centres. Do ambulance personnel who will transport any suspected case have protective gears? Our borders are porous and full of corrupt, underpaid officers who are ready to collect as little as one dollar as bribe. Ghanaian is never serious until he sees fire on his roof top.

  Almost all the cases involving white patients occurred in the very EARLY stage of infection, which was extremely critical for overcoming the virus.
  
  EVH can only be defeated by scientific principles not revolutionary rhetoric or conspiracy theories.

  Countries train their doctors differently and award different degrees. It is time we started conferring Doctor of Medicine degrees to MBChB students who have performed the necessary research projects as some countries do.

  Countries train their doctors differently and award different degrees. It is time we started conferring Doctor of Medicine degrees to MBChB students who have performed the necessary research projects as some countries do.
  
  The current practice where newly inducted doctors called house officers with no experience whatsoever are left to experiment with (attend to) serious medical cases while residents, specialists and consultants are away must be put to a stop immediately. There must be at least one specialist present 24 hours in three shift rotations to supervise them. Our health system as it is presently is not the best. The situation in the countryside and rural communities is even worse.
