All what is required is effective and efficient Energy Minister with one deputy who will be responsible for power generation and distribution. How can there be separate ministries for Energy and Power? Is power not part of Energy? Waste of scarce resources.

And for you Dylan, let me tell you that, looking at past records of this activity, there is a lot more drugs going on in this country than we can all possibly know.
