  I vehemently disagree with the assertion by the IGP. Police men/women still congregate around road intersections and watch drivers commit traffic offences then take them on for their chop-chop. I expect them to spread out and give directions to drivers to stay in line but not waite for them to go wrong, may be innocently then pounce on us for chop-chop.
