Britain has an efficient tax collecting structure without any "Hitlerlike" ID cards.It will be more effective for the Government to invest in sanitary amenities for the "cholera ridden" poor.Tax dodgers are the clever accountants and big businesses who refuse to pay their fair share.What good is an ID card to all the cocoa,coffee,plantain,yam growers and small scale fishermen?.That said, isn"t the clever politicians who end up stealing or misappropriating the taxes paid by the peasants?
