  So why pursue a criminal case that may drag on for months if not years, probably with no direct monetary returns to you when you can have immediate over-the-counter compensation ? Especially if it's offered by national stars like the Gyans.
  
  I am sure they paid him more money than he had ever owned in his life.
  I bet you would grab the money even faster if you were in the same situation. He who feels it knows it.

  For all practical purposes,he is a lame duck MD,who will not be taken seriously by his subordinates;his wings have been severely clipped,and I can`t see how he can continue to function effectively. If he elects not to jump,then the board should seriously consider pushing him out of the way!
