It would appear that those in control of the NDC, for the time being, were bent on excluding other bona fide members of the Party who may wish to lay democratic claims to who becomes the next flag bearer of the Party by excluding them even before the mortal remains of the demised President were interred. It is also symptomatic of how political party elites in Ghana and Africa worm their way into the confidences of persons perceived as likely to ascend to power positions for purposes of eventual personal economic gain at the expense of the generality of the mass of Party members and the Nation which every President swears to serve under the Constitution

When the dust settles, you will find out that she is rather an NPP and not NDC. By then, the NPP will run away from this allegation just like how they have now run away from the Diplomatic Passport allegation.

The two most respected sub-Saharan African tribes still remain the Ashanti and the Zulu. A lot of people who have even studied about peoples of the world don't even know about Ewes in Ghana. I don't have any record of the literacy rate of the various tribes but on record Ashanti remains the richest, most hospital and best organized Ghanaian tribe. As humans we also have our shortfalls like pride. An Ewe man will feel more comfortable building his house in Kumasi rather than in Ho all because of security. An Ashanti man will rather build in Kumasi. We are not envious of you but your own blood are and that is why they will want to kill you for building a mansion in Ho.

Nana was on the neck of the President Kuffour to make him Foreign Affairs minister, which he succeeded. He was also reported to have kept about 70 diplomatic passports in the drawer of his office though not the director of passports.
Recently, Amoateng a former NPP MP who was jailed for trafficking drug in the USA was released and he travelled on fake passport to Ghana; a case currently under trial.
Nana Addo and the NPP, upon learning about Amoateng's arrest in the USA were trying to at all cost pass a law to make all Ghanaian criminals arrested abroad be brought back home for trial; a move rejected by Ghanaians.
The question now is, was Nayele carrying an old altered diplomatic passport?
