Better to ask, who is in charge? the President or his subordinates? If Ghanaians had not protested against the sack, all this developments won't have come up. LET ALL EYES WATCH KEENLY NOW BEFORE WE ARE ASKED TO VACATE OUR HOUSES/ROOMS BY A NOBODY.
