We are under economic shackles all because of NDC incompetent and corrupt government. We had eight years of NPP government and times were certainly better for us than we have found ourselves in under the six years of GYEEDA,SUBAH,SADA,NSS and least of all Woyome stealling from us a whopping fifty one million.
The NDC and its head corruptible Mahama must give way to the NPP.
At least if I am poor but the sacrifice is giving all children in Ghana some free education then my sacrifice is worth it.
We have nothing to call home and tell mama about in the sad state of Ghana economy. Give us a break Mr.Mahama and your incompetent NDC.

We must review our association with British C'wealth (Not to be confused with the commonwealth of Independent States with which we have had fruitful discussions).

Some British Commonwealth countries do not need Visa to visit Britain. Americans do not need visa to visit Britain and British citizens also do not need visa to visit America. However the British high Commissioner is complaining of the high number of Visa applications. They not only refuse these visas but stamp the passports 'with visa refused'.

It is clear that we must continue charting a new path independent of Britain.

The Foregoing Statement made by the British Ambassador is at the HEART of GOVERNANCE. The FAILURE of our 'LEADERS' to play by this simple but necessary Rule of Governance is why we are where we are as a Nation.

And those who played by the Rule were given ALL Kinds of Labels, Including: They Don't Help the Party, They are 'Too Known', You are Not the Only Honest Man in Ghana and You are Not the Only one who has worked in North America or Europe, etc., etc.

We are so corrupt that we think of the world in the eyes of corruption. People are transferred or never promoted if they stand firm or do not yield to greed. Ministers, MP, Police etc all yield to pressure, and the best never get the job or admission but the well connected. How are we going to get the best to move us forward. University students pass exams because of their shape and ability to woo their lecturers. We are a really sick country

Surely appreciate the CONDENMINATION this Envoy is making of our 'big boss' society,wherein in high-level state functionaries - Minissters,Judges, MPs Chief Directors,University Dons,etc,as well as other influencial members of our society like Bishops and Traditional Rulers[Chiefs]constantly seek to circumvent laid-down rules and procedures,to obtain special favours for the relatives and friends. This is precisely what this gentleman is decrying,and this is what allowed our our now 'famous coke pre-madonna' and her party to evade detection at KIA!
I have no bones to pick with the envoy about this obvious truth,and I wish many of our own officials will speak against the blatant nepotism we see all around us.

As a High Commissioner, I expected him to refrain from demeaning Ghanaians as destitutes and to stop belittling and rough-mouthing Ghanaians. I suggest the High Commission introduces Visa Application by postal system so Ghanaians do not flock Jonathan Bejamin's Office.

The Afram plain with its fertile lands needs attention from Government and the political parties and our Think Tanks. The nation can be fed from the Afram plains, so why go to the UK?
We can develop the Mole Game Park into heaven like the South African have done to the Kruger National Park.
The cost of Western region is nothing but beautiful. In the north, we can develop cattle, goat, sheep and the famous guinea flown.
The B/A alone can produce enough egged to feed the nation. Would the British High Commissioner support the above?
All would create the necessary jobs.
Africans must learn to develop Africa and stop sending or stealing millions of dollars to buy properties, educate their children in the UK.
What the undiplomatic diplomat can do to help Ghana is to stop the looting of Africa into the UK. And stop British companies bribing African civil servants and politicians in order to win contracts. Let's build Ghana.

You are selling visas and we want to buy it under your conditions so, what is wrong with that, It is just a matter of supply and demand in play. What is your problem. If you don't want to sell your via in Ghana just make it clear to us all and we would not bother to apply for your visa. Don't forget your people also queue at our visa offices at our Embassies and High Commissions to obtain visas. I thought you should display a descent level of diplomacy than your cheap political, arrogant and you 'colonial master' mentality.
