The Ghana National Communication Authority was bribed out of existence in Kuffour's time.
It is true. I have been receiving these call and sms these days. The most annoying part is that, music will be playing when listening to the call.Authority must call the Telecos to order.

Airtel is number one with celebrities si si and so. As a result of that i have to switch off the phone during the day or put the phone on silent most of the time.
