  This is an interesting report. How many, schools, clinics, culverts, have been built or renovated? Which roads have improved under the programme? How many student nurses hv been sponsored etc? This is typical soli journalism.

NDC gave us a financial platform to move forward but PURE GREED, irresponsibility, foolishness,and winner takes it all attitude has made nonsense of SADA. Look why must all financial and administrative offices of such projects be concentrated in only Tamale? What of the other districts? No wonder North will continue to fail because politics and greed has been entrusted to "garbage" people

  This is a dustbin report and should be shelved. We need a breakdown of the numbers, location, when construction started and so on. These old crooks will pay for all these lies whether dead or alive.
