NPP Politicians are SHAMELESS. If not these NPP should have given credit where it is due. Everybody, including the NPP have seen how swift and meticulous the Mahama-led Government is, in trying to get to the bottom of the matter. Consider the number of actions taken so far. The NACOBB Board has been dissolved, 12 people have been arrested for investigation, the two women who accompanied Nayele to London and had to quickly retrace theis steps to Ghana have been arrested for questioning etc.etc. What happened when Amoateng was arrested in the US? First of all NPPcast doubts about the veracity of the story. I think they believed they were in Ghana. When Amoateng was jailed, NPP kept on paying him salaries and retained his seat in Parliament. This was a clear sign that NPP was condoning and conniving at the trade in the illicit drugs. When a whole ship load disappeared under the watch of security operatives, what did the NPP Government do? virtuallly nothing. Only a few people at the periphery of the incident were arrested. In fact ex President Kufuour gave all and sundry the impression he was going to do nothing to stop the trade.
The British in their kindness gave sniffing dogs to the security at the airport to assist the security in finding drugs before they left the airport to any country. Two months or so after, the dogs were returned with the excuse that they were eating too much. What a joke!"! To crown it all when Amoateng returned from the US after serving jail term for peddling in drugs, he had a heroe's welcome. There was a caption to the effect that "Drugs or no drugs" we love you. We wait to see the details arising from the Nayele's cellphone calls. It could turn out that NPP is at the helm of it all. Politicians are all liars and destined for hell.

I don't agree with Mr. Mahama for sending BNI to intimidate and harass journalists who reported on the Nayele Ametefeh cocaine scandal. The government should have sued them in an open court for defamation as any aggrieved person or entity would have done in a democratic system if it feels false information has been published against it. This is because we don't want the NDC to return to its dictatorial and intimidation tactics of the P/NDC era and gag press freedom again.

Muntaka is an "Ashawo" lover caught in the act, and does not have the integrity to become a "Chief Whip" for any respectable party with the platform to preach to others except in NDC party. When the VIP or presidential lounge is used as a cover to transport drugs, the government should have been decent enough to accept responsibility, arresting the culprits whoever they may be, and be seen to be putting things their right places without being told. This is because, there is no fire without smoke and one plus one is equal to two. That Alhaji Dawood has links with the government.

When it comes to unraveling a case, anyone can be invited to answer a question or two in regards that case especially if the president of that country is mentioned during the publication. It is only in Ghana that when someone is invited by the BNI, Police or CID that, uneducated or educated illiterates takes it to be an arrest or harassment. When are we going to grow up and act as educated people and don't read through the lines?

I am just baffled how Nayeli Ametefe aka Ruby Adu-Gyamfi thought she was going to walk through Heathrow Airport Customs check point with one fourth weight of cement bag of cocaine in her luggage.

This is not a dumb woman who has not done this before. She was expecting some kind of help to get the cocaine through and the conflicting statements from the Foreign Minister and Ghana High Commissioner in England shows somebody higher up in power is hiding something.

The Foreign Minister accepted that there was a Ghana High Commission car at the Airport the time and day Nayeli was arrested at the Airport but it was not there to pick Nayeli up but was rather there to pick some people from the Ghana Ministry of Defense.

The Ghana High Commissioner in England, Mr Smith on the other hand has denied flatly that there was any High commission car at the Airport. Who are we to believe, the Foreign Minister or Ambassador Smith?

Now, imagine some prominent politician's name is mentioned. What will be the explanation and will Ghanaians buy any excuse whatsoever? To me, no and never and anyone whose name appear on her phone records, should be seen as a drug dealer with dire consequences.

Yet, the BNI has come out to confirm that, yes she used the VIP lounge and again made it crystal clear that the merchandise was handed over to her on the tarmac of Kotoka International like I suspected and not in the flight as speculated since they have CCTV to prove such.

Therefore, the Insight news media should stop making things up since the British Security Agency hasn't voiced out anything publicly to any soul except coming out to say Ms. Nayele Ametefe had pleaded guilty to the narcotics charges levelled against her and as such the case has been adjourned to January 5, 2015. End of story.

Well, since she was arrested on British soil they have every right or obligation to trail her and jail her under their jurisdiction no matter her status. However, something can be arranged on humanitarian ground after she had already served 3/4 of her sentence in a British prison, then a permission can be granted to serve the remainder in her adopted country or Ghana since she is a dual national to both Ghana and Austria alike, but that system is reserved for political cases only. In fact, her Austrian citizenship do not help her that much due to the dual she opted for. Therefore, Austria can sit and watch her go down in flames without a blink of an eye from their corner. Now, imagine you have a dual status and your kids are of, let assume, German status only. You guys made a trip down to Ghana for some holidays, during your stay some unfortunate political unrest hit the shores of Ghana, so terrible that all foreign nationals needed some kind of evacuation out.

Well, you kids automatically have priority over you since they consider them as German while you are a Ghanaian first and then a German due to your dual situation. Should such an incident happened in a third country, then you can choose to join the Ghanaian group for evacuation out the hot zone or that of the German since you're a citizen to both in a third country. So, my advice often to many has been, wait until one is really old and then applying for dual national is always safe and a plus, but not when you're still young. However, Ms. Nayele Ametefe, alias Ruby Adu Gyamfi here have a productive reason for opting for the dual so fast since she have a busy live and an agenda to always attend to.
