  CRID on the impact of technology on Ghana’s real estate industry, Hi- Technology is helping the industry a great deal, and that “these days, you have reliable online marketplaces where the client can go to rent or sell their properties successfully, and the consumer has more options right there in real STEMICs time”.

  in my observation, the single most important issue to address is the land title system - which appears to be very challenging to say the least! The Torrens system would be worth studying!

  Well said lady. The run away/unrealistic property pricing in Ghana should be brought under control immediately! How can a 3 bedroom semi in Accra cost more than £60,000/- GBP (ABOUT GHC 150,000/-)let alone £100,000/- or GHC 500,000/-? How much do they pay the construction workers in Ghana compared with, say, the UK?? The Govt should intervene as a matter of urgency!!
