The NCCE, if well resourced and politically neutral, can truly enlighten Ghanaians on how to make choices during voting. At the moment voting is based on ethnicity, gift giving etc and that is not healthy.

Now, after stealing all of Ghana's money, these stupid and low life miscreants from the NDC are plotting more of the same misery on Ghanaians in 2016? Ghanaians would be the biggest fools on this planet if they vote for NDC in 2016. And, when will the corrupt Electoral Commissioner be changed? Dr. Afari-Djan has no credibility whatsoever!

Most voters in the country are just anything. They are not capable of discerning issues. Some politicians just take advantage of the ignorance of the political illiterates who say"Napoleon is always right"

NCCE Must be resource to do more but i like their prpgrammes.
I was at Krachi East and attended one on the Assembly elections,it was very educative.
They need more resources
