“In the last six years, the NDC has borrowed US$27 billion. Before that, we, the NPP, borrowed a total of US$5.5 billion in eight years. Compare that to the NDC borrowing $27 billion in six years and ask yourself what they have done with all that money,” the running mate to Nana Akufo-Addo said.

He said, though a lot more money has been spent, it is a paradox of economic management that this level of excessive spending has only led to greater hardships being visited on the people.

“NDC inherited a public debt stock of GHS9.5 billion in 2009,” the former Deputy Governor of the central bank said. “Today, Ghana’s debt has gone up to GHS65.7 billion. So when I say the stakes are high I am talking about the destiny of our country, Ghana, the future of the youth.”

“The NDC has been taxing everything, including condoms and cutlasses. In terms of resources, this NDC government has had more resources than any other government. We did not have oil. Yet, Ghanaians know what we did with the limited resources we had. We spent money responsibly to create the NHIS, introduce Capitation Grant, expand access to education, we spent wisely on infrastructure and built more roads than any other government,” he said.

Take as an example, the government proposes to build 200 community schools. Have you heard the minority coming up with any idea of where we can find resources? NO. It is pull them down or subject them to ridicule. The government proposed railway development and arranges loan facility from China. What did the minority do? Screamed to the sky. So while China pumped a lot of money into Ethiopia, Angola and elsewhere, they did not execute the promise to Ghana. This PHD syndrome must STOP. The NDC did same while in minority role.

GES banned all forms of corporal punishment in Educational institutions but there are reports that some tertiary institutions are still carrying out this practice. Asking students to kneel down and so on.

Lecturers in tertiary institutions must recognize the fact that students in these institution are adults.

If Ms Ametefeh has been allegedly doing such manoeuvres since 2009 goodness knows how many of such people have used this method just because of their status in society as security around such people have been relaxed. No one can be trusted when it comes to such issues any more as our security is at stake. We should not even allow the VVIP section security to be relaxed so that unscrupulous people take advantage of such freedom afforded to them in the wake of this saga".

In fact, it is very disturbing and worrying the rate at which Ghanaians are devoting precious time in talking about irrelevant issues.

In parliamentary debates, people come out with facts, opinions and suggestions on how certain situations or occurrences should be handled. An MP has come out with a suggestion which all of us deem as crude in this our modern setting. He had been condemned and lambasted within the length and breadth of the country and he had even regretted his own action.

Prof Adei, is that not enough? The man actually said it, but is his mouth a stone? Has he actually stoned anyone woman? If our national development lacked clear vision and long-term perspective framework,then the suggestion is that our latter day leaders are visionless. If that is the case, then the onerous rest on you, our HON. BOOK-LONG MEN AND WOMEN to come together and brain-storm on how best you can assist the ruling class to do the right thing.

The talking is becoming too much.No known country in this world is said to have developed because the citizens like talking too much.

Too much Trivialmindedness has engulfed with these so called Dankwa/Busia descendants who have never in their lives said the truth nor demonstrated maturity. They always portray silliness, low self-esteemed and endemic mental slavery. What is so worrying is that they don’t mind destroying others because they want power. Attacking and distracting leaders without sound alternative is not only sickening but also portrays immaturity and emptiness of these cohorts. They just want to do or say something to grab unnecessary attention. They have no solution???. if you test their opinion by deep analysis, you always end up by cheap and shallow political biases and unfounded allegations.

They are so narrow minded that they will always dwell on shallow empty propaganda than to think of constructive alternative that will prove their ability as thinkers than “political hip pops” challenging and making empty utterances when silence would have earn them some respect.

It is very unfortunate to have calibre of people who displays nothing than greediness gluttony and cranking attitude towards each other. Have you so soon forgotten how Kuffour brought Gisele Yaazi to Ghana as “special economic advisor” accommodated her in La Palm hotel with seven armed body guards which he later impregnated her with twins?
Were there not economic titans in Ghana at the time Miss Yaazi came in? And what role did she play in making Ghana the heaven Kuffour wanted?

Have you so soon forgotten how Kuffour who has no money to renovate his current residence and it was a farmer friend who sponsored the renovation of the house? Two years down the lane, after twisted the arm of Miss Yaazi by Kuffour`s own promises to her with regard to “hotel wa-wa”, Till today his son can buys hotel bigger than his father’s house. What is the source of Addo Kuffour`s income? Who as of now marks the 5th richest person in Africa?

Kuffour travelled more than any President on earth yet what did he bring home?

Kuffour`s ministerial appointments was higher than all presidents what were their achievements?
Kuffour`s time in office saw real brutality of innocent and vulnerable people but you offered no defence nor justice for them (Issah Mobilla and Yaa Naa)
Kuffour`s Turn saw over 200 people dying in a stadium which your appointee (Jake Mulato) squandered all donations both foreign and abroad.
“Kick Backs” was the term in your administration and your party chairman then confirms to that.
It is you who has made the presidency so cheap that people like Nkrabea Effah Darteh wants to be president.
Our country became the hub of Cocaine activities. The over spending of these “junkies” is what has lured every Ghanaian today to be rich at all cost.

I find it very sickening when NPP sees nothing wrong with this man who has tainted their party with so much evil and embarrassment in the history our dear nation
