  Please use Ghana's own CRUDE OIL instead of importing crude oil from Saudi for Tema Oil Refinery (TOR) as you are doing for GAS.

  Oil is so strategic that in Nigeria only one wealthy man, Mr. Dangote is buiding a new refinery for the country at the cost of nearly $10 Billion.
