They have been building a dining hall complex for over ten years and are not accounting to anybody. I don't know since when school infrastructure has had to be funded by students and by extension parents. You wonder why they are not able to teach students during school hours ad forcibly demand fees for after-school classes. It doesn't happen in Achimota, Kwao Botwe nor Adisco so why in a village school?
