For now our only prayer is that prices of oil on the international mkt will continue to fall.If OPEC & Russia decide to cut down production then Mahama shd just run to Bole & go and hide in his village.

The world market price of crude oil is the lowest we've seen in several years and is continuing to fall due to increased suply from Saudia Arabia and USA, so why are petroleum prices rising in Ghana ?

Yes, world prices are the lowest they have been for five years. The fuel prices in Ghana are rising because there are too many illiterate chickens. I am printing billions of textbooks for them.

Apart from a flat rate of 10 percent on all goods and services excluding food stuff, we living in U.S.A are not burden with taxes as we see in Ghana. Gas or fuel prices have reached it cheapest in the past five years.

I would like to advice the author of this article to get his mathematics right or consult the PURC for advice and confirmation of his 'fact' before causing fear and panic. What was the price of crude reference to last price change. If you factor the 17.5% increase plus any reductions in the world market price what is the estimated price going to be?
Please let us stop the noise and allow people to save money for future investments.
