    are u urself serious..ecg takes most instructions from government since it is government owned. and note that ecg does not produce power.. so if ecg is to shed load i see no reason why ghanaians should hate ecg and not critic ...

    Competitive Privatisation. No monopoly
    of the Distribution. Privatisation can be shared by two or more distributors.

    The Gov can also have at least 30% share in the distribution.
