He is calling for military take over of this young democracy. Opposition MPs should stand against it or stay away from henceforth.

What is the essence of a debate, when you have to channel it through the house leadership? Where in the world that democracy is practiced do you encounter such an aberration? It's only in Ghana under the Mahama NDC gov't and Doe Adjaho-led House that one would hear of this anomaly and recklessness and impunity in legislation.
Clearly Adjaho is abdicating his responsibilities and duty as a Speaker, in seeking to shelve the debate of such an important document in the House. It is such recklessness that sees the passing of anywhere between 8-10 petroleum agreements within a day in the house, and the passage of a number of loans of significant quantum without any thorough scrutiny by the House within a day, which loan amounts and it's purpose, nobody can ascertain in the country.
Ghanaians need to rise up and make sure that the budget is completely, thoroughly and totally debated and exhausted before they scream that yea-yea nonsense in that House they call Parliament.
