  For the price of four? And why is this realtor suing for $115 k,which is the outstanding balance for the original deal,if he has agreed to let Tagoe keep only four of the houses he offered for sale! You get cannot agree to give a credit for one house,and then claim the guy owes you for all 5 houses! There is something 'fishy' with this transaction!
