The poor seem to be getting shafted by the law. how about Dr. Gabass who infected that poor boy with aids and messed up his anus? why are some cases pursued and others not? this does not make sense. prosecute all who are found guilty by law and not a few poor ones that cannot be represented by legal counsel. do not get me wrong. what this guy did was wrong. good that he has been sentenced. but there are several people walking around who should be in jail. that's my point here.
