What about other Eurpeans or Eastern Europeans who coached in Ghana before. Let go of this limited thinking attitude and join the fun loving Ghanaians, and stop wasting your time. It is about time focus on what Ghana is about and what Ghana want to archieve. What if I tell you that Avram Grant would guide the Ghana Black Stars to Victory come this February in Equatorial Guinea? Let is be open minded individuals and look forward to better things to happen. This is my point.

2. stickling for 20% kickbacks;

3. delaying bonus payments for as long as possible so that you can earn for yourself a little interest on the principal.

4. Discriminating against Ghanaian coaches in hiring, training, retention, promotion, pay and benefits;

5. refusing to resign even if you keep proving that you're incompetent in your responsibilities;

6. ferrying to tournaments 3 times as many officials as there are players.

7. refusing to tell the people how much you receive or spend;

8. refusing to tell the people how much you and your enablers earn.

9. fixing matches;

10. telling the coach, sometimes conspicuously from the touchline, whom he should play, and in what position;

11. taking bribes to influence selections.

12. flying business class with your family while the players are treated like plebeians in economy class.

13. feeling free to spend tournament-strategy time on frivolities like strip bars and sleeping with the local girls and Ghanaian hookers taken along on taxpayers' tab;

14. blaming every failure on the players and absolving yourselves;

15. telling Ghanaian you don't report to their Government, and if they complain, you would tell your father, Blatter.

I live in the United Sates of America now, the contion is not all that good, but we do not refer it to "Hars condition." We live in Cold condtion 5 or 6 or some places 8 months of the year.
