Is it built as in completed fully, built as in a sod has been cut, built as in the foundation has been constructed, built as in it has been constructed to the roofing level? Built as in to the window level? What does the Mahama NDC gov't menas by "built 73SHS's"?
Where are those 73 built SHS's? In which part of the country do we have the 73 built SHS's?
The Mahama NDC gov't should show Ghanaians the 50SHS's completed in 2013 fully, that is staffed by Headmasters, Teachers, and accommodating students, fully equipped to help Ghanaian students acquire knowledge to contribute to the growth of the country.

Likewise tongu people are the least educated in the Volta region. The two groups follow cattle. Now hearing of school is like the magic bullet to the two. Everyday we are building schools. When was the first time the two heard of school? We are fed up with these school and school from this primitive two called mahama and okudjeto Ablakwa. We want to develop Ghana. Since the two comes from primitive tribes, we the civilized ones, we need ELECTRICITY, WATER, GOOD ROADS AND GOOD POLICIES. Unfortunately they are mentally retarded. When we get the above, we can build the schools better than the GONJA huts they claim they are building as schools. We are fed up with this school, school, and school talks, fools
