If the government did not want anybody to talk about the exorbitant cost of the interchange, they should have come clean from the beginning; from the bidding to the award of the contract.

If you have an open bidding process where three or more companies bid for a project, and the tender is opened in front of representatives of all the contractors that took part in the process and you award the contract to an efficient company based on best technical specifications and reasonably lower cost, the amount you award the contract will be known by even the other contractors and should not be difficult for the government to release it.

How can we award a project to a company and the work is ongoing without knowing how much we awarded it? I believe Nana is hitting the nail in the head. There is too much ambiguity and lack of transparency in the project.
