It will likewise relieve the Prez of pressure from family and friends and do away with nepotism. People will begin to act responsibly as it is in countries like US, UK, HOLLAND, CANADA etc.

Absolutely! Those who don't see anything wrong with the excessive power the president wields courtesy of the 1992 Fourth Republican Constitution must have their heads examined. A large number of the framers of the constitution were hand-picked Rawlings loyalists, some of whom were butchers and hairdressers and they wrote a constitution for Rawlings only, not for the benefit of the entire nation. The Executive powers should have been pruned after the exit of Rawlings but we're here today because the presidents who came after him benefitted from the shortfalls of the constitution and saw no need to initiate the process for the necessary changes. It's better late than never.

Eg how can ordinary people report the corrupt asantehene? But it can be done of there is no sense of inequality
