When next any Akans comes to power let him appont all Akans, who cares; from now iys gonna be whoever rules must appoint those he can work with and not those who'll pretend they love him and rather run his administration down. Let a Pepeni presidemt appoint the pepefuo he can trust run the government. Afterall, the Ashantis never accepts any Ghanaian tribe is better Ghanaian than them and, now they've picked a vital lesson that power resides in he who holds batton of state authority and not just "I'm an Ashanti" ehich means nothing than just adding to the number of every other legitimate Ghanaians.

Nkrumah ruled this country without discriminations until an Ashanti biggot got power and thinks Ghana is for Ashantis. Unfortunately for the Ashantis the current happening just tells you Ashantis can only add to the numbers of millions of other Ghanaians and therefore your view or self deceptive influenced is of no significant consequence in Ghana. Kuffuor ruling Ghana was a moment Ghanaians wanted a change and decided on trial and error bases, now we know who the biggot Ashantis are snd will never taste power agsin inthis country. Ghana belongs to Ghanaians and not Ashantis eventhough Ashantis are a certaon less than a quarter of the entire populations og Ghsna. Ashantis views don't matter in this country and if you doubt this go and listen to arguments in the parliament how the Akan/Ashantis views are being shut down and overrun with deliberate intentions to send a strong message this country Ghana does not belong to the Ashantis.

If the government did not want anybody to talk about the exorbitant cost of the interchange, it should have come clean from the beginning; from the bidding process to the award of the contract.

If you have an open bidding process where three or more companies bid for a project, and the submitted tender document are opened in front of representatives of all the contractors that took part in the process, and you award the contract to one of the companies based on best technical specifications and reasonable lower cost, the amount you award the contract will even be known to the other contractors and would not be difficult for the government to release.

How can we award contract to a company and the work is ongoing without knowing exactly how much we've awarded it, and we're still talking about projected figures and the rest? I believe Nana is hitting the nail in the head. There is too much obscurity and lack of transparency in awarding the project, and we are afraid that Ghanaians may not be getting value for their money.
