Who or what gives them right to behave above the law? How long should we, as a nation, allow these Fulanis to kill, rape and cause mayhem to innocent Ghanaians? Under what type of protocol or ECOWAS visa do these Fulanis operate? I once heard these wretched Fulanis are employed by rich and powerful Ghanaians to care for their cattle.
