If he got eye problems, then it will be advisable for him to see an Eye doctor where an acceptable eye glasses could be prescribed for him to use it either in dark room or anywhere else (Transition lenses).

Just for curiosity sake, how many head of states you see holding their celphones in public beside Mr. Mahama? This is the man fools will tell you that he is handsome and all sort of nonsense.
