This Koby speaks as if he is mentally regarded. What improvement is this bill going to do to boost the chances of the youth in getting jobs? It does not take such a bill. All what the government should do is to create jobs for the youth by giving incentives to companies like Apostle Kojo Sarfo and other interoreneurs and give them tax breaks and supply uninterrupted electricity to propel their work. If all these are not in place, the bill cannot do anything because the youth will continue to roam the streets for non-existing jobs. Time will tell.
