  Are the structures to be demolished ILLEGAL ones or buildings "approved" by Lands Dept by so-called Surveyors and architects?

  Have everybody been sleeping over the years.
  If things were done properly over the years, there wouldn't be a need for any demolition because the land would have been earmarked for future development.
