Incumbent Chairman of the governing party Dr Kwabena Adjei has told starr news in an interview that he is being blamed by members of the National Democratic Congress, for the failures of the current Government.

“Everything the Government has done and has not done well from the energy crisis to lack of funds for GETfund scholarship to school feeding programme to poor road network to lack of potable water in certain places, all are government responsibilities, I’m not the person to be blamed, but when I go out they blame me, as if I was the minister of water resources works and housing, minister of roads, minister of energy, minister of this, they put it on me,” the two-time Chairman who is running for a third consecutive term told Ibrahim Alhassan.

The former Minister in the Rawlings Government, nonetheless conceded that the complaints of the party “mirror the general view” of Ghanaians in the country.

“…I take some of the blame because I’m the party chairman, and I can’t go out of my way to deny,” he said

This goes with the folks stories of Ghana,Africa call Ananse stories. Kwaku Ananse the worldly wise tries to gether all wisdoms into himself and hang that on the tree so that no other can access to the wisdom. While he was climbing it became difficult because the pot was infront of him at the belly. His son Inte kuma came at the spot accidentally, and said don't you think you can climb better if the pot is at your back. Then Kwaku realised he does not have all the wisdom, others might have their own wisdom too.

The only people who notice this transformation of Ghana's economy are the NDC praise singers and propagandists, such as this hopeless Omane Boamah! Cutting sods are not evidence of transformation. The Suhum stretch of the Accra-Kumasi highway was started long before Mahama took over the presidency, but the wretchedness on that stretch is still claiming lives unnecessarily. Over the past year, the president cut the sod for the first 50 of the 200 secondary school he promised to deliver within his first term as president, but nobody has seen any foundation laid anywhere across the country, even though the praise singers such as Ablakwa and Ofosu-Kwakye keep making noises of the near-completion of these transformational projects. The media have challenged government to publish the location of these projects so that they would be publicized everywhere, but all to no avail!
Millions were pumped into the Akonfem project, but still the birds could not return from their hibernation in Bukinabe before the country's president moved house! It is still very doubtful when the Komenda factory would recruit its first production staff, let alone send the first bag of sugar down the packaging escalator.
We have heard enough of these vain promises, and the sooner this propaganda stopped, the better it would be for us all. People like Omane Boamah should learn to shut up when they have nothing to tell us!

(2).I will give John Mahama credit if we move from the over-dependence on cocoa and gold as the main foreign exchange bread winners.
(3).A diversification of our export market so the EU's monopolistic position will be neutralized.It will give us a strong bargaining power for better pricing.
