  After the complainants have tested against themselves in court,they also should be arrested and charge for conniving with Ayitey to deceive the embassy to acquire visa through fraudulent means because they initiated the plan

  Ebei 'Ayitey Powerless', how greedy could you be? As an 'acclaimed' boxer, I am sure you live a very comfortable life and have acquired sufficient wealth to live by. What Koraaa do you need to engage in this fraud? You see, now, even if you win the case, see what damage you have done to your reputation? As for the opinion that due to the principle of 'Demand and Supply' the appellants should also be arrested, I beg to differ. With the desperation people are in at the moment, if an International figure like Ayitey promises that he could obtain visas for people whose main objective is to go and seek their fortune out there, by working hard, I do not see any criminality in this! It is possible that he might have been doing this for sometime. It is just that this time, God this decided to blow his cover!

  These dishonest Ghanaians living in Australia committed a crime when they wanted Ayittey to falsely obtain visas for their family members. The fact that they got ripped off along the way or fell out with the boxer is by the by. They were in the wrong and so the case should be dismissed - I wouldn't bother persecute them as they have lost the money - so that's some punishment. There should however, be a separate case to sue the boxer for his wrong doing.
