It would appear that those in control of the NDC, for the time being, were bent on excluding other bona fide members of the Party who may wish to lay democratic claims to who becomes the next flag bearer of the Party by excluding them even before the mortal remains of the demised President were interred. It is also symptomatic of how political party elites in Ghana and Africa worm their way into the confidences of persons perceived as likely to ascend to power positions for purposes of eventual personal economic gain at the expense of the generality of the mass of Party members and the Nation which every President swears to serve under the Constitution

Mr. Mahama is exactly one of the visionless African leaders that have always been accused of misplacing their priorities and bad governance. Does the NDC government think, despite the massive corruption, they can borrow recklessly and spend their way foolishly into another mandate in 2016, when the nation is over burdened with HIPC and workers wallowing in hunger and over taxed?

Governance under the NDC government is all about deceit and 'opium of the people'. They enjoy everything under the sun but ask us to wait for our basic needs in heaven, and as they ask us to tighten our belts for future betterment, they're loosening theirs for immediate consumption. They didn't even respect our intelligence when they asked us to wait for a paradise in three years. The truth is that, everything they promise is a mirage and we will never find comfort under them because; they are con-men with con plans.

Rawlings and his men used communist platform and the plight of Ghanaians to preach and ascend to power. After the coup, he turned around and demolished communism completely in Ghana leaving his beloved Cuban-style communist dictatorship intact. He then introduced a cut throat blood sucking capitalism into the country, and he now lives like the billionaire that he is.

Ironically, Junior Jesus might have taught Bishop Daniel Obinim how to misuse the name of God to exploit his followers just as he himself did decades ago.

I am very much appalled and fascinated at the same time to hear from MAHAMA that he expects to win in the 2016 Elections.

I think his inclinations and factualities be it real or otherwise),
may be based on the premise that THEY HAVE THE MONEY TO INFLUENCE THE ELECTORATES.

But this time around, most of us are considering the forth coming elections as the MOTHER OF ALL ELECTIONS OF GHANA. Therefore, most of us are coming back home, more than a YEAR BEFORE THE TRUE ELECTIONS. NO KIDDING!!!!

Personally, (and I have given most part of my life to Just Struggling for African Cause) my dedication for our Family ties of the Busia/Danquah/Dombo Affiliation which embosses the true Democratic Principle Governance as laid before the takeover of Dictator Kwame Nkrumah's Dictatorship Regime of CPP is well and truly maintained under our Constitution.

I see that Murderer Rawlings is now performing vehemently within his almost dead NDC CULTISH PARTY.

It is all because, he is enjoying the LOOTS that is going on. Therefore when FORDES MAGAZINE does publish his name amongst top RICH PEOPLE IN THE WORLD, please let Murderer Rawlings' denial fool you.

Father the small number that will be left, wash their faces with sea sand so that they would be able to see the predicament they have put Ghana in through their foolish action, and change for the better. I pray that you let them vote this USELESS and CLUELESS GOVERNMENT out. Let those who these FOOLISH VOTERS envy because they are prospering as a result of which they vote foolishly so that they will be equal with them prosper even more. Thirty years of this continuous abuse is about all we can take. If they respected themselves, they would have some respect left for us.

There is more work to be done.As the US economy strengthens piecemeal,the price of gold will be held down for some time.Should the Federal Reserve Bank increase interest rate,the next bond issue will be at a higher rate because we will compete with juicy investment opportunities afforded by a strong dollar.The overblown IMF bailout cannot stop these occurrences.
Ghana should see more trade with the rich nations who are able and willing to buy our products and produce.
We should see unprecedented incentives to our industries fiscally,so the Made in Ghana goods and provided services can have competitive prices to inspire demand by Ghanaians.No more lip services.
The young entrepreneurs need funding urgently.There should be a fund,not tied to family,NDC affiliation or social status to encourage them to help in job creation.

I can't believe what this guy-the Mahama guy takes Ghanaians for? fools or people with no thinking power?

After all the selfish and the most poorest of leadership Ghana has ever seen, he still has the guts to stand before Ghanaians and make promises of providing 200 new secondary schools. The question is, how is he going to fund that if current teachers are not being paid because of inadequate funding?
Only those who are being bribed will believe such lies.
Ghanaian voters, let's be a bit more matured and not think about our today but rather the future and the long term properity of the nation.
