  Can you read? It was written that it is already operational in the Gt Accra and C/R, so Ash/R is the 3rd region.

  I shld have thought Ash/R shld have been the first since we read a lot about the region being used as a pilot study case oh the NHIS, to the chagrin of some people from the region, as if only Asantes live in that region.
  
  Anyway, let me ask: when are the aged going to enjoy that freebie in the VR too?
  
  And is 65 years not too high? In the UK, it is 60. 62 for us?

If the government can't afford for the entire oldies in the nation, this should not have taken place at all. Tt is wrong to start it from some areas. As far as they all have and still contributing to the national basket, such move should be on national scale.
  
  Pilot studying don't have to come in this issue. You look into your pocket before you go out to the market and not vice versa. E&OE.
