That is very good advice at a wrong time, one would hav thought that kufour would hav implimented this idear during his term in office rather than say it now, it only goes to confirm that talk is cheap

It's hard to have an industrial sector without 24/7 power.. maybe the government needs to be able to turn the lights on 24/7 before they complain about lack of Ghana made industrial goods.
