Mr President, do not talk as if they are not briefing you. These days apart from Water, we pay for the services ahead. Whether you the customer is being cheated or not, nobody care's about you. The utility services company staff only buy many new cars, continue fueling them and roaming the streets of Accra. In such a situation, it is leadership and job know how that makes the difference. The onus is on you. You have to appoint knowledgeable people who are determined to bring the utility companies out of the woods. Military personnel injection would not be bad.
