Even a simple matter like fire crackers the police cannot control. But how can they whenthey concentrate on road blocks to extort monies from drivers!

No one should advise his child to enter the police service.

Please do. Sometimes they use the crackers to disguise the presence of armed robbers. Called the police once only to realise that they are not armed robbers.
