  There are many fields in which Ghana lacks the needed expertise. To solve this problem the government of Ghana has over the decades made scholarships available for the needed human resource to be trained abroad. In some cases so many people were sent and not even one returned. If you know you are not prepared to work and live in Ghana and would therefore not return do not take the scholarships.

  I think you are going too far .. this present NDC administration comprises lazy half baked people who are not thinking. Majority of the appointees are inexperienced, lack indepth knowledge about the nation and others are stack academia opportunists who are meddling in the politics of this country. Save your breath we are just waiting for our common sense president soon.

  We should think about micro plan and not 50 years. We start with 5 years development plan. After successful achieving our goals then we move to the next which will be 10 years development plan.
