  The assessment was based on lack of good Confident goalkeepers(THE PAA ROBERTS AND RICHARD KINGSTONS) in Ghana.We need Richard Kingston back to help train Our gaolkeepers.Our goalkeepers lack Confidence.

  All the best players are out there in Europe and elsewhere. Don't worry about the chaff left in Ghana. Stop the uncontrolled exodus of players and you can find a few good ones that will make the league exciting.

  Of course, Konadu made the selection. He just inherited an already made team. He had no time to come up with his own, since it takes time to observe and pick one's own squad.

The Yiadoms and others you've mentioned could be better in some tactics but cant fit in for the present couch tactics and formula and that doesn't mean any foul play could be the reason. Those who are called up are all Ghanaians as well so let's stop these back biting and support the team spiritually and morally to bring us the cup

  If need be - and you want to be successful Mr. Grant- the best way is to groom 40 local players apart from the present set crop of the senior Black Stars as nucleus to feed the present Black Stars without calling any professional player to display arrogance; eg, during Ohene Djan's time under Nkrumah, Sekondi Indece FC feeds the Ghana Real Republicans FC which in turn fed the National Black Stars and they were very successful indeed, also the latter two teams played in the national league as their training and conditioning (and I believe - stands to be corrected) were paid or given allowance each month and even if the story is not true can't this idea be experimented- Germany is successful because of this same experiment!
