  Dude, well done. I was so disappointed by the point of "arrest" when luckily I clicked on your posting. You're dead right, nothing illegal here. It just shows how poor our education system is today. When I sat in my primary school class in Adabraka (Accra) and learnt about the "shadoof", the teacher was generous enough to include the "hookah" in our lesson on Egypt. Thanks to a Ghanaian teacher, I have known what "shisha" is since age nine. On a business trip to Morocco, when they brought shisha (hookah) in after dinner, I turned it down not because it was illegal but simply because I did not want any practice that would lure me back to smoking, a habit that I had managed to give up thirty years prior. Even though I did not partake, I must admit that I loved the sweet smell of apple, cinnamon and other exotic fruit their smoking left hanging around in the living room. Your Food and Drug boys have a lot to learn.

  Ok so it's a well known product used by others but how does our laws affect this. Does tobacco/smoking products come outside the scope of the fda laws. I suppose I am not an expert on the law but some form of approval is prob ...
