I am not surprised I knew long ago that GPRTU,PROTOA etc will not work with a reduction fares with fuel prize reduction.Public transport system in Ghana is totally in a mess no regulation.

I totally agree with you but the public should be told how long it's going to take for the remaining 212 million cedis to be paid.
If fuel prices are reduced significantly, then it must reflect on fares. GPRTU and PROTOA have no case then.
